Acceptable Use Policy
Mint Ebooks is built for original, lawful creative work. These rules apply to every prompt, upload, generation, project, and export.
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Mint Ebooks Terms and Conditions. Mint Ebooks is operated by Stanmart Labs LLC.
Use the Service only for content you are legally allowed to create, upload, edit, and publish.
Scope
You may not use Mint Ebooks to create, distribute, facilitate, or promote illegal, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually exploitative, or dangerously deceptive content. You also may not use the Service to evade laws, platform rules, sanctions, or contractual restrictions.
Rights and consent
Do not upload or generate material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. Do not create deepfakes, face swaps, cloned voices, impersonations, or content using a real person’s name, identity, or likeness without their explicit permission and all other rights required by law.
Mint Ebooks is not a plagiarism service, content-copying service, or marketplace for reselling material you do not own or have permission to use.
People and high-impact decisions
Do not use the Service to make or support automated decisions, rankings, risk scores, eligibility judgments, or profiling about a person in employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal services, or any other high-impact setting. Do not infer highly sensitive traits or exploit personal data about another person.
Regulated and deceptive claims
Mint Ebooks must not be used to present generated content as professional medical, legal, financial, diagnostic, or emergency advice. Do not create deceptive health, weight-loss, investment, scientific, political, or guaranteed-results claims, or pseudoscientific content presented as established fact. Qualified professionals remain responsible for advice they publish and for complying with their professional obligations.
Safety and platform integrity
Do not generate malware, phishing material, instructions for unauthorized access, or content designed to bypass security controls. Do not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the Service, its usage limits, or its billing controls. Credentials, subscriptions, and credits may not be resold or shared to evade plan limits.
Enforcement
We may review suspected misuse and may block a generation, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service, or to comply with law. We consider context, severity, recurrence, and available evidence.
